RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

We have a no-fuss refund and exchange policy. If you decide that you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, we will refund you the price of the garment or send you a replacement. The only thing we ask is that the garment to be returned in the same condition as it was purchased, with all the original tags attached within 21 days.

Unless the item was found to be faulty or not what you ordered, any refund amount will be less the delivery charge on your order. Exchanges are subject to a delivery charge.

If you require a refund then we will try to process it on the day we receive the item from you. Please note it may take up to 10 working days for the money to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You can pay using one of the following Debit or Credit cards: (MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / Visa Debit/Maestro / Solo / Switch) via the website or by phone. 

Your goods will be dispatched once your payment has been authorized. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.
